Cookie preferences
CookieConsent saves your choice, a randomly generated consent identifier, timestamps and notice revision in the closp_consent cookie for 180 days. Changing your preferences updates this record. We ask again after expiry or a material change to this notice. The closp-consent-changed local storage entry contains only the time of the latest choice change so other open tabs can refresh their preferences. It remains until overwritten or you clear site storage.
Both are first-party storage used by Closp to manage consent; the cookie preference record is not sent to the advertising platforms.
Meta Pixel loads only with your Meta advertising consent. Vercel web analytics loads only with your separate Website analytics consent. No optional tracker loads on the contact page.
We use Cloudflare Turnstile to protect our contact form from spam and automated abuse. Verification may run invisibly in the background. Cloudflare processes technical signals to distinguish human visitors from bots and to improve its bot detection capabilities.

With your separate consent, Vercel Inc. processes page views, referrers, approximate location, timestamps and browser/device information to produce website usage statistics for Closp. Our integration sends public page paths without query strings or fragments and does not track the contact page. We do not send contact form contents as analytics events.
Vercel Web Analytics does not use cookies. It distinguishes visitors using a hash derived from incoming requests. We ask for your permission for this optional analytics service separately from advertising cookies.
Vercel states that this visitor session identifier is discarded after 24 hours; this is not a promise that all aggregate statistics are deleted after 24 hours. See Vercel's analytics privacy documentation.
Vercel may process data outside the EU, including in the United States. Its Data Processing Addendum describes transfer safeguards, including standard contractual clauses. You can request information about applicable safeguards from privacy@closp.co.
Turn off Website analytics in Privacy settings to withdraw consent. Withdrawal reloads the page and stops future analytics collection; it does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing.
If you accept Meta advertising cookies, we use Meta Pixel to measure page visits and build audiences for Closp ads on Facebook and Instagram. Our legal basis for this optional tracking is your consent. Declining does not affect access to the site or contact form.
Meta Platforms Ireland Limited receives page-view events, page addresses, browser and device information, cookie identifiers, and your IP address. Meta may associate your visit with your Facebook or Instagram account.
We do not include contact form contents, email addresses, phone numbers, or names in our pixel events. We disable automatic configuration in our integration.
Closp and Meta have joint responsibilities for the collection and transmission of event data under Meta's Controller Addendum. Meta's subsequent processing is governed by its Privacy Policy and Business Tools Terms.
Meta processes information internationally, including in the United States. Its Privacy Policy describes the applicable transfer mechanisms, including adequacy decisions and standard contractual clauses. Advertising data does not stay exclusively in the EU.
Meta's first-party advertising cookies include _fbp for browser identification and, where applicable, _fbc for ad click attribution. These generally last up to three months and may be renewed by subsequent activity.
Meta controls retention of the event data it receives under its policies, taking account of the purpose, product operation and legal obligations. This is separate from the lifetime of a browser cookie. Cookie expiry or removal does not delete data already received by Meta. See Meta's cookie policy for its cookies and durations.
Meta also creates first-party local storage entries named lastExternalReferrer and lastExternalReferrerTime on this website. They remember a referring site and a timestamp for advertising attribution. Local storage has no automatic browser expiry. We remove these entries when you withdraw Meta consent and whenever the site runs without valid Meta consent, including after consent expires. If you do not return to the site, they can remain until you clear browser storage.
These entries are separate from the advertising cookies listed above.
To withdraw consent, open Privacy settings in the footer and reject optional cookies or switch off Meta and save. We stop sending events, remove accessible Meta advertising cookies and the local storage entries above, and reload the page to stop the loaded tracker.
We cannot remove cookies on Meta's own domains. Withdrawal does not affect processing that took place before it. Contact privacy@closp.co to exercise your rights, or use the controls described in Meta's Privacy Policy. You may also complain to Sweden's Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten.
Use Privacy settings in the footer to review, change, or withdraw your optional choices. Rejecting optional cookies does not prevent you from using the site or submitting the contact form.
You can also control cookies through your browser settings. See your browser's help section for instructions.
If your browser prevents us from saving the consent cookie, advertising tracking stays off.
This privacy policy applies only to closp.co, so if you click on a link to another website, you should read that privacy policy. This privacy policy does not apply to closplearn.co.
